By accessing and using TopScore (topscore.space) and the TopScore mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service / Descrierea serviciului

TopScore provides sports analysis and editorial content for informational and entertainment purposes. Our service includes football analysis, tennis analysis, combo breakdowns, and a step-by-step strategy ("Scăriță"). The Service is supported by advertising; we do not currently sell subscriptions or paid access.

TopScore furnizează analiză sportivă și conținut editorial în scop informativ și de divertisment. Serviciul nostru include analiză fotbal, analiză tenis, explicații combo și o strategie pas cu pas („Scăriță"). Serviciul este susținut prin publicitate; în prezent nu vindem abonamente sau acces plătit.

3. Disclaimer — Important / Avertisment

TopScore does NOT guarantee any profits. Our analysis is based on context and statistics, but sports results are inherently unpredictable. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content. Never risk more than you can afford to lose.

TopScore NU garantează niciun profit. Analiza noastră se bazează pe context și statistici, dar rezultatele sportive sunt prin natura lor imprevizibile. Sunteți singurul responsabil pentru orice decizie luată pe baza conținutului. Nu riscați niciodată mai mult decât vă puteți permite să pierdeți.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access / Tentativa de acces neautorizat
Any activity that disrupts the Service / Orice activitate care perturbă Serviciul

7. Advertising / Publicitate

Our Service displays advertisements through Google AdSense and AdMob. By using our Service, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed. Ad content is provided by third-party networks and does not represent our endorsement.

Monetizarea serviciului se face prin reclame, nu prin abonamente sau plăți recurente.

8. Limitation of Liability / Limitarea răspunderii

TopScore shall not be liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of our analysis or editorial content. Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania / Acești termeni sunt guvernați de legislația din România.
